Active Members » Emails Export

Overview:

Having an "up-to-date" repository of emails for your members is critical to send out important information on a regular basis. With Research Logix, we have a utility to gain quick access to simple email list to be used with your go-to email application.

Scenario:

You have an announcement that you need to send out via email blast to active members in a specific Research Program.

Solution:

1. From the left navigation, click your CCSG Tab to reveal your Tools
   
   
   
   
   
2. From your Tools, click the Program Member Email Export
   
   
   
3. Now, you can select the targeted Research Program for your correspondence. Or, you also have the option to select "All" for all of your active members. Once you select the group, click View Email List to reveal just the email addresses.
   
   
   
   
   
   
4.  Clicking the Copy Emails button will transfer the list to your clipboard to be pasted directing in to the email application of your choice. You will receive a confirmation when the emails have been successfully copied to your clipboard.
